Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the jewelry in its original Atolea packaging and ensure the items are unworn and in their original condition to qualify for a refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop off the package at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange pieces within 5-7 business days.
